BECAUSE OF THIS RECENT HAPPENING, IT MIGHT BECOME DESIRABLE TO SUGGEST TO hAITIAN AUTHORITIES TO INSTALL SOME VEHICLE STOPPING DEVICES ALONG THE ROAD...

PROHIBITING STANDING, STOPPING OR SELLING
IN THESE AREAS.

A TRUCK MAY BE AN ASSET TO THE OWNER, IT MAY BECOME, AS FOR ANY MOVING VEHICLE AN INCIDENTAL LIFE THREATENING HAZARD.

tHIS INCIDENT SHOULD NOT BE REPEATED.

INCIDENTALLY AS WAS MENTIONED, THIS ACIDENT DID NOT OCCUR IN FRONT OF THE "TNH", IT JUST HAPPENED TO BE WHERE THE TRUCK STOPPED.

tHE ACCIDENT MUST HAVE BEGAN WAY UP THE DELMAS HILL.
ACCIDENTS MIGHT NOT BE 100% PREVENTABLE.

HOWEVER THE SCOPE OF THE DAMAGES MIGHT HAVE BEEN RESTRICTED.

IN TRYING TO SAVE HIS OWN LIVE, THIS TRUCKER DESTROYED A GREAT NUMBER.
