I don't Martely gonna have time to pardon Jean Claude Duvalier, I don't think a foreign citizen can pardon another foreign citizzen, If martely does that it not gonna have any future, any other president can put duvalier on trial.

I think Jean Claude Duvalier got only one chance to profit this pardon, if Michel Martely proves that he doesn't have another nationalitry.

Martely must send all travel's documents he got to the paliarmentary's comission to investigate rather or not he'i not American or Italian.

Otherwise, Jean Claude and Martely gonna have theirs heads cut off "jis wsou bouda yo"
