again I am being pushed around by the port here in Haiti.

why is it that no one knows the laws at the port?

I was told last week that I had to get insurance to take my backhoe and truck from port. so I get insurance go to port and find out from someone else that I have to get regertration for the truck and backhoe.

why cant anyone there get together and give you the proper paperwork on my 1st visit.

again Haiti not taking care of the small business person.

when will the GOH get this mess at the port cleaned up?

I bet next week I will have to pay someone else with another "new law" Thanks for nothing Haiti!...
