Haitian Government sees rebuilding effort going enormously well

YES FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS AND HUMANITARIAN GROUPS OFFERED BILLIONS OF DOLLARS BUT A BIG PART OF THAT MONEY GOES TO THE LIVING EXPENSES OF THOSE GROUPS (UN, MINUSTAH, AND OTHERS) THAT ARE SITTING IN HAITI, THEIR SALARY THAT'S GOING TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS, COMES FROM IT. SOME OF THEM SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR COUNTRIES THEN THE GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE MORE MORE MONEY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION.
