Will Jean Claude Duvalier's Coffin be covered with a Black and Red or Blue and Red Flag?

Yes I as a admirer of Dr. Francois Duvalier was disappointed to see the the red and blue flag on JCD coffin, I guess the movement Died longtime ago with Dr. FRANCOIS DUVALIER!!!
