RE: Just Like In The US, Haiti Will Offer Home Mortgages

This is a damned shame...

Nobody is instituting mortgaging in Haiti.

People have always been in financial mortgaging back home.
What I see, is that instead of rebuilding Haiti with the moneys received as a giftfor reconstruction, Some smart allick (Probably Bill hmself) is trying to lend it to the people.

Who would be the loan owner?

This money belongs to the distressed area's reconstruction program.

It was not a loan.
Haitian people should open their eyes and their mouths and picket in front of Bill Clinton's places to find out exactly which money he has been using all this time. Who is keeping tag of the Haitian money.

Run this fool out of Haiti after they secure the entire amount.

We don't need Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton to come and buy Haiti out with our own money!!!
When they so stupidly mention "Loan to the very poor", what will they use to pay back?
