Evans Paul already knew the massive fraud that occurred in the previous election in which some of his legislatures that won the election could not even elect in their city for even kaseck and aseck to say the least; therefore, he had to speak to let us, the outsiders, know what they have done during the past two election whom both sweet Micky and him have orchestrated.

Mr. Kaplim, I congratulate for open your mouth and eventually you will tell us more about those fraud in these elections.
