Haiti election ended in chaos

Here is an example of how the election day in Haiti ended on November 28, 2010. Several incidents took place.

At Carrefour Feuilles, there was a long line outside at 7:20am, but a greatest confusion inside, voters can not vote, there are no ballots
At Delmas, several individuals throwing stones on the pooling station "La Dollière".
Twelve out of Haiti's 18 presidential candidates denounced "massive fraud" in elections and demanded the vote be cancelled, dealing a serious blow to the credibility of the United Nations-supported polls.
