This is a view from the city of Jacmel as Hurricane Tomas is approaching. The city is under hurricane watch. The winds started picking up. Fome of the roads are flooded. Actually, there are nobody on the streets of jacmel This report shows a view of the city that has been under several inches of rains. This same city of Jacmel was also hit by the earthquake that caused many domages and losses of human lives
