Charles Voigt working to resume Haiti Aviation flights

In a letter from Haiti Aviation's CEO, Charles Voigt, customers were asked to contact their credit-card companies for details on a refund for their useless tickets and those who paid by cash were informed of how they could collect their refunds as well. Voigt said the company was working assiduously to have flights resumed, but the compensation of their passengers took precedence to that.
Haiti Aviation is adamant, regardless of the claim made my FAE, that they were not in arrears with the company and had thought themselves on good standing with them. For their part, Falcon has been hit with negative press in light of the bankruptcy filing made in August of last year for both Ramiz and the Dutch Antilles Express (DAE), the Curacao based airline also run by the FAE head.
Though events seem less and less to be the fault of Haiti Aviation, Voigt also expressed a readiness to take responsibility for the event which disappointed so many of their faithful passengers.
