Environmentally, Haiti one of the most exposed countries in the world

First the group conducting the study looked at Haiti geographical location. The country is highly vulnerable to hurricane. In addition, as a result of several seismic faults that cross the territory, Haiti is highly vulnerable to earthquake.
Another criterion where Haiti scored poorly in the study was hunger. Haiti was among the top seven countries most exposed to the problem of hunger. In that list we find: Bangladesh, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Madagascar, Niger, Sierra Leone and Chad.
Haiti is also lacking in its ability to coop with a major disaster. The country was among the top 15 countries in the world without an effective method of cooping
The study also found that among the countries most exposed to a potential sea level rise, six are island nations like Haiti

I know that the country is highly vulnerable to several dangers.
I also know that most of them could be prevented, such as hunger, flooding, hurricane and earthquake devastating forces.
A group of people, Haitians and non-Haitians, are working on development proposals for the development of the country and to improve the quality of life of millions.
It can be and has to be done.
