Jude Celestin seriously considering a withdrawal from the race

What will happen if this information is confirmed. What is likely to happen if LAPEH candidate Jude Celestin says "Adieu" to the race? Candidate Moise Jean charles will say "Thank You".
Political experts already predicted if Jude removes himself from the race the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) will likely apply Article 43.1 of the Electoral Decree. The article states: "In case of withdrawal in the interval, this candidate is replaced automatically by the one that, in the first round". In this case, Moise jean Charles of Pitit Dessaline will replace Jude Celestin on the second tor with his 222,646 votes 14.27%
