We do not know for certain if this is accurate. The "Haitian Jourdalist will verify this information and will let you know as soon as we have additional information
When will the selection be made official?
According to the reactions of some Haitian Senators and Deputies before the final selection was made, if in fact the president has selected Bernard H. Gousse to become the next Prime Minister, the confirmation process will be as challenging for the president as it was the case with his former Prime Minister nominee, Gerard Daniel Rouzier.
Haiti Next Prime Minister - Bernard Gousse, Jean Henry Ceant or Jean Max Bellerive
As the Haitian president Michel Martelly is in the process of selecting a new Prime Minister for Haiti after the defeat of his previous candidate Daniel Rouzier, three names have made the final. According to some reliable sources for the "Haitian Joudalist", the three candidates for the post are Bernard Gousse, Jean Henry Céant and Jean Max Bellerive.

The executive branch is currently in negotiation with both houses (Upper and Lower house) so that a final candidate can be selected between Bernard Gousse, Jean Henry Céant and Jean Max Bellerive.
Daniel-Gerard Rouzier is out, due to tax evasion and questionable citizenship
After several weeks of studying Daniel-Gerard Rouzier's paperwork and credentials, the Haitian Parliament rejected the choice of Michel Martelly for Prime Minister of Haiti. In a vote in the lower-level Chamber of Deputies, forty-two deputies voted against Daniel-Gerard Rouzier to become prime minister of Haiti, while only 19 voted in favor. Three deputies abstained.
The deputies who voted against the nomination of Daniel-Gerard Rouzier charged him with Tax evasion and not being honest in submitting the passport he frequently travels with. There is a suspicion that Rouzier might have dual citizenship. Under the current Haitian constitution, high ranking officials can not have dual citizenship.

Daniel-Gerard Rouzier back pedaling on statement related to reconstruction commission
" I am open for discussion as to the future of the earthquake reconstruction commission ", said recently the new Haitian prime Minister designed Daniel-Gerard Rouzier. This is definitely a shift from his previous statement.
Did he really think he could do that?
To put things in perspective, in a previous interview with the press, the Prime Minister designated, Daniel-Gerard Rouzier, expressed his desire to replace the current earthquake reconstruction commission that is co-shared by the former United States President Bill Clinton and former Haitian Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive.
Would you agree with me that the decision to get ride of the commission was Rouzier's first "Boubou" on the job that he does not even have yet?
