Student Chedler Guilloux Released from prison following pressure from Students

The Government managed to drop a hot potato from their hands. Student Chedler Guilloux was released from prison on Thursday, March 5th, 2015 following ongoing protests from students in the Haitian capital.

After a hearing at the Parquet de Port-au-Prince, judge Romancite Accime ordered his release and handed the student to his attorney, Me Aviol Fleurant.

Chedler Guilloux, although happy for his release, was unable to speak to the media. He stated that he was unable to speak and also was having some hearing problems

Chedler Guilloux was arrested on February 23, accused for being one of the people who set fire to bus belonging to the "Superior Coup des Comptes.
