The rehabilitated sites at Nérette that the team of CIAT has visited include playground, solar street lights, community center, water kiosks, basic house structures and signs for merchants of "Ann-Ale" program. In Morne Hercule, they visited Rue Charlemagne Péralte, Bridge Rehabilitation of Delmas 64 and Paix Paix. A visual reproduction of achievements was presented to the visitors at the community center. They witnessed the construction work made so far on ditching of ravines, bank protection of gullies and building retaining walls.
The architect of the project Karine Jadotte Bouchereau who was one of the visiting participants has reported that she had received a lot of positive response and feedbacks from the visitors. However, she further added, a lot remains to be done to establish a complete upliftment in the neighborhood communities. The project managers of the project have explained the necessity of the state to follow the intervention model in other areas where living conditions are scanty.
