An entrepreneurial company, Surtab, has manufactured the first Android-powered tablet in Haiti. The WI-FI tablet is also available as a 3G model. Surtab CEO, Maarten Boute, says the costly technology device is being offered at a price within the means of Haitian professionals and / or students.
