Michel Martelly in Little Haiti to tax money transfer for free education

The President elect Michel Martelly was at the Cultural Center in Little Haiti to announce his plan to provide free education to Haitians.

He stated that his government will tax all money transfers made to Haiti in order to come up with the money necessary to finance the project.
