second, either haiti or duvalier should sue the swiss bank for trying to steal the interest on that money.

Now after solving that problem, the treasury of the new cabinnet of haiti should seat with duvalier and deduct taxes that he owed the country when he was president.

we have to stop assuming that when a person become president of haiti he/she automatikly becomes a thief.

not all are thieve.

he had to draw a salary just like any other person who works for the government.Now, the new govn't should put competent people in his cabinet and hold them accountable for every decision and issues that come from their respective offices.

the new name of the game is transparency.

without that, we won't be able to hold the gov't accountable for haiti's future.
