If they are not prosecuted History will repeat itself.

The greatest problem with Haitians as a people is the great indifference, apathy they profess to people misery.

Due to their religious upbringing, they blame God for their misery instead of taking legal measures to
avoid repeats...

Thus throughout their history they have been repeating the same mistakes:.

Haiti would have been a paradise if only
those in charge gave a damn about anything but their own well-being, richness, future.

While in fact every-
thing they do condemn their acts...

But since there is no watch...

The past keeps perpetuating.
