I think if the candidates accepted that the elections were not good. The CEP should not give any results.

The CEP has to organize other elections.

It is the CEP's responsibility to organize the elections well in the country.

If the majority of the candidates agree that the elections were not good. I think that there is no way that the CEP can publish the results.
