There is nothing here to explain.

Everything is clear as crystal.

He just does not want to apologize for the affair involving him and Belizaire period and he should not apologize.

Belizaire is a convict and we all know that. Yes, the president perhaps was out of line. However, Belizaire must respect the office of the presidency as well. I think it was mistake on every body part. The country does have the luxury to waste time on petty thing of that nature.

Both the president and Belizaire are wrong.

It is about time that president Martelly understands that he is the head of state in Haiti.

He must control his vulgar language.

The Haitian Army did terrible thing in the country during its tenure.

The president can choose to apologize for what the army did to the country since he is now the head of state.

Obama has apologized for George W Bush and Dick Cheney reckless behaviors that have brought America to its knees economically.

Obama was not in Office when that happened but he chooses to do that to calm down the tension between United States and the rest of the world.

The same applied in the case of Martelly.

He wants to bring the army back. He must explain to the Haitian people how he is going to that and the kind of security that we may need from the president about bringing the army. What kind of army are we talking about?

The old one or a new professional military force the country desperately needs.
