It is to bad Haitian people have to go back again in the dark. However, this needs to happen so change can take place.

This black-out has been going on to long and not to mention those illegally steeling over other people's power.

The government needs to privatize this electricity so control can be done by sector.

Everyone needs to pay their share NO MORE ILLEGAL POWER Free RIDE while other are paying for none functional power light.
