RE: Haiti Has Developed A National Security Plan, Will It Solve Crime?

Security has always been a topic in Haiti.

You forgot to mention (in your list of areas to avoid at night) Petion-ville, Laboule, Thomassin, Turgeau, and Route des Freres.

Haiti`s security cannot be laid on the shoulders of the national Police alone.

Every law abiding Haitian citizen has his or her own responsibilty towards the security issue.

The government should inform and encourage people to get more involved.

We also need to light up the streets at night! let`s not give the law breakers a place to run and hide into any longer.
