RE: Is Mario Andresol on House Arrest?

The former Police Chief has been able to do a very good job, considering the situation he took the country in.

However, I think that Mario Andresol was aware of these gangs such the Clifford Brandt Network and did not do anything to break it.

The Haitian Lagislative branch of government needs to call the former Police Chief in and question him for what he knew about the various Kidnapping gangs in Haiti
