RE: Small Change In Plan, Jean-Bertrand Aristide Will Be In Haiti On...

I would like to know the reason why he wants to come back now during elections, he is a bad influence on the lower class people, he teaches them to destroy and kill the people who work hard he needs to stay where he's at and let the people do their jobs, he can come to his country but why now?
