Do you think that Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe is is the Most powerful Prime Minister of Haiti?
According to Daly, the new government is rather a government of closure, from Tèt Kale to Tèt Kale. I have also heard that this new Government shake-up was made in a way to have control over the next Presidential election of 2016.

How does a guy who "shook up" his own hand picked cabinet, have a hold on the government?
If he would have got it right the first time, he wouldn't have to keep changing
YES he is the most powerful and smart prime minister Haiti ever had. I wasn't a fan on this government at first but when he come on board he change my mind. This government put Haiti in the world stage after those before them failed to do. We can be proud again.
After I watch him travel the world to represent my country I'm proud to have him as prime minister and HE SHOULD BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF HAITI.
