Antonio Cromartie, professional football player San Diego Chargers

Antonio Cromartie is one of the players in the US who has made a great career by simply playing his heart out. He is an American cornerback for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He got into football after being recruited by the San Diego Chargers after being drafted in the 2006 NFL Draft becoming 19th overall.

Cromartie has thus made a big career as a player where he has so far garnered a great popularity and where he is very much loved by all his fans all over the country. He got into the teams after a great show in his high school years where he used to play for the teams. He attended school at Lincoln High School where he presented a great show of his abilities recording great achievements.

Cliff Avril, professional American football player

Cliff Avril is one of the Detroit lion's national team of football players. He is born of Haitian parents who had moved into the US during one of those moments the country was experiencing some major struggles for the political power. He was however born in the US making him a US citizen.

There are some major games Cliff Avril has played so far that have managed to get him to the top of the leagues such that he is very famous across the country. He has over time been names a great player simply out of the number of tackles and sacks he has been able to achieve. He is one of the players whose future seem quite clear and bright since he is able to easily make the best in a game while it seems in its worst state. D'Anthony Batiste, professional American football player

D'Anthony Batiste is one of the many Haitians making it big in the American football leagues. He plays for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League where he is an offensive tackle player. He is of Haitian parents who were among the many who moved into the states during one of the many political setbacks that used to be in the country during the time and which have been on till today.

There are many players making it big in the states but D'Anthony Batiste is one of the few who has been given so many titles out of his ability on the field such that he is one of the best players around. He was at some point name the all-state, all parishes, all regions and even the all district champion in his years in school.

Davin Joseph, professional American football player

Though Davin Joseph was national heavyweight wrestling champion and two time 2A state champion, he is much known as an American football guard. He was born on November 22 in 1983 in Hallandale of Florida of Haitian parents.

Joseph is famous mainly for his playing career in the team Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has been playing National Football League for Tampa Bay Buccaneers since 2006. He also was an important part of college football team at Oklahoma.

Davin Joseph chose his path to become a football player when he attended Hallandale High School in Hallandale, Florida. He played at the school team both as guard and defensive line. He made a record appearance in a total of 532 games. During the final year of his school he had 100 tackles and 24 sacks which earned him an award of All State and became the Broward County Defensive Player of the Year.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, American football Player

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, born on 7th April 1986, is one of the noteworthy American football cornerbacks. With the football skills inhibited at a young age, Dominique showed some excellent moves while playing college football at Tennessee State. During childhood, Dominique had undergone a surgery to remove a non-functioning kidney.
Filled with high spirits and passion, he started his debut with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. His excellent moves and perfect shots were noted by one of the proud franchise, Arizona Cardinals. The Arizona Cardinals underwent a lot of turmoil and losing sessions in Arizona and St. Louis. However, after recruiting good football professionals and great players including Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, the Cardinals were successful in accomplishing a series of winning games in different American football seasons.

Marc Calixte, Haitian-American football player

Marc Calixte was born in Montreal, Canada, on September 26, 1978. A Haitian-American, he began his professional football career nine years ago, as a seventh overall pick, in round one in the Canadian Football League (CFL) Canadian Draft in 2003.

Prior to his entry into professional sports, Marc Calixte played college football at Tennessee-Martin University. He now plays as a linebacker for the Stampeders, a position in which strength is highly valued. According to John Hufnagel, the Stampeders General Manager and Head Coach, "Marc is as effective a special-team player as you can find in the Canadian Football League . . ."

Jonathan Vilma, Linebacker, open Academy for Peace and Justice School in Haiti

New Orleans Saints linebacker, Jonathan Vilma, recently opened an academy in Haiti which is known as the Jonathan Vilma Foundation. This institution is meant to enable all the children around the region get an education where he is able to provide most of the basic needs for these kids without much hassle on their part. This is because he is providing them with everything they need including an all paid for education. He raised $50,000 for this project and says that so for everything is working out just fine with everything intended being in place.
