New decree for the creation of Commission of Electoral Evaluation

Article 3 of this Decree gives both candidates qualified for the second round the possibility to appoint a representative to attend the proceedings of the Commission

Nan yon Dekrè bay 16 desanm 2015, Prezidan Martelly te kreye yon komisyon ki rele komisyon Evalyasyon Elektoral . Misyon nouvo komisyon sa se garanti tramsparency, kredibilite ak legitimite nan pwosesis elektoral la. Komisyon an konpoze jan sa a:
