Over 200,000 people In Dominican Republic have no place to call Home

Regardless of all the economic, political, social difficulties, I am always proud to say that "I Am Haitian". To show that they know something about Haiti, my country, many would respond "Sak Passe","Map Boule".
Now, these 200,000 Dominicans born to undocumented parents who have their citizenship revoked, where do they fit?
They are stateless with no other country to go to?
They are stateless with no other country to call home?
They are stateless and can only be identified by their names?
They all were born in the beautiful island of Hispaniola, but can't dare call themselves either Haitian or Dominican?
How should the world react? Did Germany teach us any lesson about institutionalized racism?
