As President Martelly intends to increase taxes on telecommunications, financial transactions and money transfers to Haiti, all Haitians living and working overseas in countries like the United States, Canada, France and others should have also to pay some taxes about 5% from their incomes and earnings to the nation.
Such economic measure can easily be introduced to the Parliament and signed into law. Frantz.
