BOTH CONTRIES ARE MEMBERS OF THE WTO AND THIS ORGANISATION HAS RULES FOR THOSES CASES.

HAITI GOVERNEMENT SHOULD HAVE A PANEL OF EXPERTS FOR THIS DOMAIN.
