The CEP started publicizing the results at 7:30pm, on April 4, 2011 and by :00, Candidate Michel Martelly was declared winner for the presidency of Haiti.

As you may remember, the first round of the election in November was marred by widespread corruption.
Michel Joseph Martelly, better known as Sweet Micky, was born on February 12, 1961. he is a is a Haitian composer, and musical sociopolitical activist. Michel Joseph Martelly announced his candidacy for the presidency of Haiti in July 2010.

Dans votre programe d'education pour le peuple, je pense qu'il serait encore plus facile de metre en pratique l'article de notre constitution qui demande que le SERVICE MILITAIRE soit acompli par tous de certain age. 1er:Une formation academique, sociale, civique etc serait guarantie.2me:La force d'arme que vous compter reinstituer n'aurait pas besoin d'une grande effectif considerant les moyens.
Enfin ce serait d'une pierre peut-etre meme trois(3)coups, car le chaumage egalement serait reduit, puisse-qu'une beaucoup de jeunnes entre 18 - 25 ans seraient toutefois occupes, soit a l'ecole, se doter d'une formation proffessionnele, ou alors servir son pays en remplissant tout bonnement son devoir civique.
