According to HCNN, Judge Lamarre Belizaire has issued an arrest warrant against Joel Edward "Pasha" Vorbe as a consequence.
Joel Edward "Pasha" Vorbe has joined the leader of the Lavalas Party, Jean Bertrand Aristide, to challenge the authorities of Judge Lamarre Belizaire.
