Haiti Cabinet Shake, Bernice Fidelia, Magalie Racine and David Bazile as new members

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe gave the news about the reshuffling of his ministerial Cabinet via Twitter. The new members of his cabinet include:
Bernice Fidelia who replaces Daniel Supplice as minister for Haitians Living Abroad. She recently occupied the position of liaison with the Haitian diaspora.
Magalie Racine has become the new minister in charge of sports and youths. She is the former personal assistant to the first lady.
Out are Ronsard St. Cyr, Mario dupuy and Ady Jean Gardy. David Bazile was named in the position of interior minister. Mr. Bazile at one point served as minister of public security during the 2004-2006 interim government and also ex-member of Haiti Military.
The journalist Guyer C. Delva who was secretary of state for communication has been demoted and appointed communication advisor to the Presidency.
At the surprise of many, Ralph Theano, the minister responsible for relations between the executive office and parliament, remains in his position. Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe also kept his position as as minister of planning and external cooperation.
