I agree with Martelly.

It is about time we stop looking back. During the Duvalier reign, the country needed someone like him.

Now it's a different time. We need to work together to remove the country from where it is.

We do not look good at all in the eyes of the world.

When the world look at Haiti, they can only see a group of people uncapable of governing themselves.

Duvalier was faced with at least nine attempts to remove him from office.

Also there was a battle between the classes in the Haitian society.

The only way Haiti can get a break and move itself from cronic poverty is only if we "all of us"(Duvalierist, Lavalace, Convergence, Martellist, etc..

get together and find a common solution)

If we can not do that then we can just forget about Haiti
