Kenneth H. Merten returns as Special Coordinator for Haiti

I would like to hear from the ambassador about the activities, the actual activities, of the Clinton Foundation and his colleagues in Haiti, and what achievements they can exhibit to benefit the Haitian people over the years that they have been "administering" the relief funds they have received for that task.
