Partial results of Haiti election gave Michel martelly a landslide

It has been reported by a major newspaper that Michel martelly cleaned the house in the Haiti Election.

I am not a professional; however it seems that Martelly is winning.

The preliminary results of the election will not be published until March 31, with the final results to take place on April 16

Haiti is the only country where it takes close to know who wins an election
