Former President of the Haitian Senate, Simon Dieuseul Desras, did not apply any break in a discussion with Liliane Pierre-Paul at Radio Kiskeya yesterday. Gregory Brandt, the uncle of Clifford Brandt who is currently in prison for his involvement in a kidnapping ring, has something to say about the the election process in Haiti. On behalf of a so called "Core Group", Brandt published a note to the press to announce that his organization is in support to the continuation of the electoral process. His note went on to say that The Economic Forum called on the CEP to get together with candidates Jovenel Moïse, and Jude Celestin to take the necessary steps so that the electoral process can be credible.

Jamecy Alex Pierre, or Black Alex as he was better known, passed away on November 13, 2015 at the age of 39 after a prolonged illness of tuberculosis. He was the king of Haitian Rap and Ragga, an icon and member of the popular 90s Haitian rap group 'King Posse'. He had a knack for paintings.

Death was never a stranger to Black Alex. Back in, on April, 2006, when Black Alex was leaving a concert which was part of a soccer game, as well, in the suburb of Port-au-Prince, he was robbed at gunpoint by a bunch of goons for a diamond chain, a gift from another rapper Wyclef Jean. The robbers shot him four times. Last year he was admitted to a hospital with pneumonia and there was rumor of his death in February 2015.

Former candidate of MOPOD, Samuel Madistin, said the electoral advisers are corrupt, unable to conduct a fair and credible elections. He admitted that the democratic sector made a mistake for not realizing that these facing economic difficulties would fall for offers made by corrupted government officials.

Dieuseul Simon Desras was a presidential candidate from the "Party for the Liberation of Masses and Social Integration" (PALMIS) in the last election who withdrew himself before the vote from the presidential run. Recently, Dieuseul (former Senate President) has asked the CEP to exclude Jovenel Moïse, the winner of the first runoff from the final runoff on December 27th.

Jovenel Moïse is a candidate, handpicked by President Martelly as his successor who is contesting the election from Martelly's own political party PHTK. Desras has also told the CEP to ban parties closest to the power like PHTK, KID and Bouclier. Otherwise, he believes that the first eight losing candidates (G8) would form a coalition with other opposition forces and mobilize to overthrow the government in power and dissolve the CEP.

The Coordinator of the CNSA, Pierre Gary Mathieu, is dead. It happened November 22, 2015 at the Metropopolitan Hospital Center in Manhattan, New York, he was 50 years old. Pierre Gary Mathieu was Agronomist Engineer and studied Management at the University of Connecticut. He specialized in Economics and Rural Development at the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (GMEF). Pierre Gary Mathieu occupied several positions suc as head of Shop Agricultural Inputs (BIA), the Intersectoral Commission for Production and Seeds (CIPDSA), Planning and Emergency Program Evaluation UNDP , FAO Consultant, Program Manager Monitoring GCP, mand many more.

As an author he collaborated to write "The Department of Agricultural Inputs: its constraints and its orientation towards a better supply of South-East".

Former President of the Senate and presidential candidate Dieuseul Simon Desras believes he is the man of the time in Haitian politic. He offered the solution to get Haiti out of it current political impasse. Desras proposes the creation of a collegial government for the next 5 years which will be made of the G8 who opposes the current government with Jude Célestin as President, Moïse Jean Charles and Maryse Narcisse as G8 members, and other members from other opposition parties. The new government is to be called: Government of public salvation.
