RE: Canada to stop funding new aid projects in Haiti, said Julian Fantino

During my last visit in Peru last December I was amazed to see how clean this city was. The government has used the unemployed to create jobs and keep that city super clean.

Even though the comments of Mr Fantino are insulting but He is right.

The haitian Government could create jobs for so many unemployed and at the same time keep P-a-P clean.
